Spontaneous Garden Party

Hello,

Remember Mary my lovely friend that used to live in our neighborhood? Today I invited her to come over and have a garden party! I really wanted to show off the garden that Bruce designed for me. I planned to invite several neighbors but the heat was too much, so we moved inside and soon others joined us.  We bounced from topic-to-topic reminiscing about all that has happened since we last visited. 

As Mary was leaving, we suddenly realized we may not get to visit her for a while since Bruce and I will be moving to South Carolina soon.  We feel a little melancholy, but we know we will be friends forever!

I’m off to buy fresh flowers for my table. As you know, designing flower arrangements is one of my passions!  Wish us luck on selling our Florida house!
