I love jewelry and our Gwen Studios Animal prints are so much fun, and they coordinate wonderfully with my favorite classy color –Black!

Karl Lagerfeld once said: “One is never over-dressed or under-dressed with a Little Black Dress.”

And Yves St. Laurent said: “Over the years I have learned that what is important about a dress, is the woman in it.”

Now I’m not sure exactly how you interpret that saying, but to me it means that it’s not the dress, it’s all about the woman –her spirit, her personality, her own twist on a fashion statement! We all want to feel pretty, and special and noticed. I know I do !!!

Designer Blogger Terry Ricoli’s Ribbon Wrapped Jewelry is the perfect accent for the “Little Black Dress” and the woman wearing it.

With a few wraps of ribbon, you can create these fashionable bracelets. Surely, you’ll want to make one, I promise it’s quick and easy and practically goof-proof as well!

You could add a little bling to them too, if you were feeling adventurous!

The instructions for Terry’s classy bracelets are HERE

Make something for yourself or make them for stocking stuffers!  My Granddaughters, Lesley and Lauren will love making these for friends.  They are very creative and will add their own twist to the designs.

More about Terry:

Terry grew up in a family of makers – they built furniture, sewed clothes and curtains, crocheted tablecloths and quilted blankets - to name just a few of their pursuits.  Of course, she wanted to make things, too.

After creating in a lot of different areas over the years, Terry took a creative writing class and submitted her first design to a craft magazine, was thrilled to be accepted, and has been working in the craft and hobby industry for over 30years. The journey has led to designing and writing, teaching and demonstrating, and publication in books, magazines and on the web. Terry has designed everything from needlepoint and kids’ crafts to jewelry and wirework.

Besides designing crafts and jewelry, Terry, loves teaching and has taught in a variety of venues – schools, my home, church groups, a store and trade shows. For the last ten years, she has taught art and science to a homeschool group. She also enjoys creating tutorials or instructions and sharing them in publication whether in a magazine or book or on my blog.

She lives with her husband on a family vineyard in beautiful Sonoma County, California.  She enjoys spending time with her two daughters and five granddaughters.
